The SA XPM is a hydraulic mobile beam and table cutting press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, robust, precise, silent and specifically engineered for cutting all non-metallic materials in one or several thicknesses, from rolls or sheets up to 3 000 mm wide.
Its horizontal mobile beam advances and retracts at every cut thanks to an electric gear motor, fully clearing the cutting area at every cycle. The operator is free to position the die and evacuate the cut pieces without constraint. As an option, the tool can be placed under the beam — in which case the operator only retrieves the cut pieces. The cutting counter-plates can therefore be positioned either on the beam or on the rising table. The beam retraction distance is adjustable on the touchscreen in 100 mm increments.
The table rises vertically towards the beam when the latter is in the advanced position. Its movement is driven by 2 or 4 hydraulic cylinders which apply balanced loads under the table at 2 or 4 points — guaranteeing strict parallelism with the beam, regardless of where the cutting force is applied. This result is achieved through Suteau-Anver’s patented oil injection system via a master cylinder and check valves in the 2 or 4 table cylinders.
Safety is ensured by a CE-certified cell barrier at the front and guarding at the rear.
