The HM 03 TD model is a HOT MELT gluing machine developed by OMAV and distributed by Suteau-Anver, dedicated to securing threads after stitching and assembly inside luggage, bags and leather goods. This interior finishing operation consists of applying a drop of hot-melt glue on each stitch point to bind and protect the threads, guaranteeing the strength and long-term durability of the assembly, an essential requirement in high-end leather goods and luggage production.
Its HOT MELT glue dispenser heats up to 150°C for optimal fluidity of the hot-melt glue. The pressurized pot with regulation ensures constant feeding and controlled flow on every application. The nozzle opening is pedal-controlled, leaving both of the operator’s hands free for precise handling of the parts, which is essential in finishing operations requiring great dexterity. The safe workstation includes all the protections needed for calm working with high-temperature glue.
Its optional articulated arm on a GWS support makes it possible to position and orient the nozzle optimally according to the configuration of the parts processed, for precise glue application in the hardest-to-reach areas of the article.

- Main features
- The MONSONE drying oven is a horizontal double-drawer hot-air oven developed by BIMAC and distributed by Suteau-Anver, dedicated to drying parts after coloring in leather goods, saddlery and luggage. It is the double-capacity version of the BIMAC range, with 2 manual drying drawers working on the same principle as the MISTRAL model, allowing the operator to work alternately on both levels to optimize the drying rate without interrupting production.
- Its usable interior dimensions of 1,500 x 700 mm offer generous loading capacity, suited to large leather goods parts (bags, luggage, suitcases, saddlery items) or to large batches of small colored parts processed at the same time. Its 6,000 W hot-air ventilation system guarantees uniform heat circulation throughout the drying chamber, for even drying across the entire surface of the parts processed.
- Its horizontal design allows ergonomic loading and unloading of parts, with no height constraint. The overall size of 1,300 x 780 x 1,500 mm ensures compact integration into any leather goods or saddlery workshop, even in limited space.
