The RIG/C model is a continuous hot fileting machine, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, created to make fillets or ornaments on leather, hot and in continuous mode. It meets the needs of the footwear, leather goods and saddlery trades for all decoration and finishing operations on the edges and surfaces of leather parts.
Its particularly flexible design makes it possible to produce straight lines, concave or convex curves and asymmetric shapes, to suit all part geometries, straight or curved, with no path constraints. Its easily interchangeable wheels or irons make it possible to change the fillet profile quickly, without special tools, to switch from one production run to another in seconds.
Its transport variable speed drive allows the part feed rate to be precisely adapted to the material and the desired fineness of the fillet, for a uniform, consistent result along the entire length of the line. Its heating control ensures a stable, controlled temperature on every pass, whatever the length of the production run.
Available on a column or on a table, with a height-adjustable table as an option. Suteau-Anver handles the design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service of this equipment.
