The SA 63 heating hood is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, designed exclusively for industrial use in drying leather products. It is intended for drying parts, bags or complete luggage after coloring or surface treatment in leather goods, saddlery and luggage.
Hot air is produced by a bank of electric heating elements, and the hot air circulates from top to bottom thanks to an integrated fan, for progressive, uniform thermal enveloping of all parts loaded in the cabinet. The air temperature is electronically adjustable by digital control, for precise control of the drying cycle adapted to each type of dye and material processed.
An air curtain system contains the heat inside the cabinet when the door is opened, making the whole unit airtight against heat loss and guaranteeing effective drying on every cycle.
When the door is closed, a manually adjustable time delay is triggered automatically. At the end of the time delay, an indicator light or buzzer signals the end of the cycle, allowing the operator to get on with other tasks without watching the machine. A push button makes it possible to interrupt the cycle before its end if necessary.
The cabinet is fitted with one or more perforated, removable shelves depending on the version chosen, to suit all part and luggage formats. Its 4 self-locking casters provide full mobility in the workshop and stable holding during operations. Dimensions are available made to measure according to workshop constraints and production volumes.
