The SA 690 thermoforming press is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. It is compact, robust and specially designed for hot or cold thermoforming of leather goods parts: rigid bag bases, reinforcements, stiffeners and any part requiring molding under pressure and heat.
Its Allen Bradley touch-sensitive control ensures immediate, intuitive handling, while its adjustable power of 0.5 to 2 tonnes and adjustable compression time of 0 to 60 seconds allow each parameter to be precisely adapted to the material and mold used. The set of upper and lower plates makes it easy to fix the tooling, and class 4 light curtains guarantee operator safety on every cycle.
The SA 690 C (hot) version features independent upper and lower control by digital thermostat, with a maximum temperature of 150°C. The SA 690 F (cold) version is fitted with a perforated platen for cooling, for materials that do not require heating.
Surface formats, strokes and openings are available on request beyond the standard dimensions. Suteau-Anver handles the design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service of this equipment.
