The ST 90 model is a highly versatile hydraulic C-frame press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. With a power of 10 tonnes, it precisely performs marking, stamping, die-cutting and overcutting operations on leather, flexible materials and technical plates (polypropylene, aluminum, steel). The robustness of its C-frame guarantees absolute structural rigidity on every strike, for an accurate and repeatable result.
Its mechanical stop, integrated into the hydraulic pressing cylinder, precisely controls the depth of cutting and marking on every cycle. The automatic, programmable work cycle – temperature, dwell time and stamping ribbon advance – makes it possible to store the settings for each production run and recall them instantly.
Available with a retractable or side table depending on production needs, the ST 90 can be fitted with a winder for feeding a foil ribbon, for gold, silver or colored marking operations integrated directly into the production cycle.
