The OMAV TERMO 610 gluing station is a machine distributed by Suteau-Anver, a preferred partner of OMAV for its rigor, seriousness and high technical quality. This machine is specifically dedicated to gluing PE and PU foam in the packaging field, and is notably designed for making tool case interiors.
Its HOT MELT roller gluing system produces a clean, fast assembly with a fully sealed compartment edge, an essential condition for making tool cases and industrial packaging that require perfect hold and finish. The working speed is adjustable from 5 to 25 m/min, allowing the rate to be adapted to each format and each foam density processed.
Its maximum material thickness of 150 mm allows it to process thick PE and PU foam blocks and sheets, commonly used in case interiors and industrial protective wedging. The glue temperature is adjustable thanks to a heating power of 7,300 W, to suit the different HOT MELT glue formulations used. A glue vapor extraction system keeps the workstation clean and safe.
The machine is also distributed in a HOT MELT version for gluing flexible materials such as leather – the HM 03 TD model – for leather goods and luggage workshops.
