Design office and R&D: from the idea to the delivery of your project
Our design office, located at our head office in Maine-et-Loire, is made up of 3 automation engineers and 7 design draughtsmen. Working with our technical sales engineers, their main mission is to design every Suteau-Anver machine for your project, following the specifications in every detail.
To offer machines that perform better and better, they also monitor new technology. They keep track of advances that can be built into our machines, so that you benefit from the best technology available.
Does your need concern standard machines (cutting press, heat-bonding press, and so on)? Special machines (cutting line, HOTMELT bonding line, and so on)? Would you like to customise them in your own colours? Our design office can advise you and turn your project into reality. Once approved, production starts in our workshops, also located at our head office. Our machines are therefore entirely designed in France.
Thanks to this concentration of every trade on one site, Suteau-Anver can respond quickly to your needs. With no intermediaries, your machines also benefit from precise follow-up, from design through to delivery at your premises.
Our industrial process: from manufacture to installation of your machine
Once the work of the design office is complete and approval has been given, production of your machine starts in our factory at our head office in the Pays de la Loire.
SUTEAU-ANVER has workshops with a total floor area of 8,000 m². In these fully integrated and equipped workshops, 12 employees manufacture all of the parts that go into your machine. From sheet-metal work and turning to milling and painting, our team covers every trade so that you benefit from the quality of French know-how.
As soon as the parts have been manufactured and assembled, our fitters and wiremen handle the entire electrical and electronic side of your machine in order to bring it to life. They also carry out commissioning and run tests to make sure your machine is operational and ready to use.
Once the tests have been completed successfully, your machine is ready to be shipped and installed at your site. To do this, our team of 14 technicians is available to you. With vehicles and all the necessary equipment, they can intervene within 24 to 48 hours, in France and internationally.
Once your machine has been installed at your premises, our technicians train your operators and brief them on the safety procedures to follow for the machine to run properly.
SUTEAU-ANVER therefore gives you a turnkey solution, so that you can benefit from French know-how and machines made in France.

With a skilled sales team of 5 technical sales engineers, Suteau-Anver has expanded both nationally and internationally. Today we are present in more than 40 countries and we continue to grow.
Our teams work in close collaboration in order to give our customers the greatest expertise and to meet their needs as faithfully as possible.
All of our machines are designed and manufactured in France in our workshops at our head office in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges (49), and this has been the case for more than 70 years. Every customer therefore benefits from the quality of French know-how.
