For edge treatment and dyeing, Suteau-Anver distributes the widest range of edge dyeing machines available from a single French source. The GALLI RC 200 AUTO (3 to 160 mm, 15 m/min) and POLYCOLOR (conical inking roller, precise ink quantity regulation, interchangeable cartridge) cover automatic edge dyeing on belts, straps and small leather goods. The OMAC 997 TR2 dyes two edges simultaneously from 3 to 60 mm, the OMAC 998 DS TG PRO is the compact table-top solution for bags and wallets, and the OMAC SHUTTLE PRO handles non-rectilinear shapes and tips. For belt and shoulder strap dyeing, the ARES / SM-ZANETTI SM 9042/326BV — exclusively distributed by Suteau-Anver for over 30 years — dyes both edges simultaneously at 3 to 4 seconds per metre.

For surface finishing, colouring and pigment application on complete leather articles, Suteau-Anver offers three coloring booth models: the SA 256 (paint-stop filter, integrated fan), the SA 55 TECH (infrared drying, motorised height adjustment) and the SA 257 (rotary clamp at 20 bars, variable rotation speed). The SA 200 TECH automatic coloring bench and the SA 500 manual coloring clamp complete the leather finishing workstation range for belt and shoulder strap production.

For polishing and texture finishing, the BIMAC LS 04 leather smoothing machine polishes dyed edges up to 300°C with a universal tool, and the OMAC 860 VM HEPA vertical buffing machine delivers HEPA-filtered surface finishing and lustrage on leather goods and footwear articles.

For embossing and decorative texture finishing, the GALLI FS90 TEKNO P combines hot stamping, crease-lining and grooving at up to 250°C with PLC recipe programming, and the DEKO LASER (40 to 200 W, CO² source, unlimited belt length, 1 µm resolution) delivers laser marking and decoration on belts and leather accessories with infinite creative possibilities.
