Shoe Manufacturing Machines For Leather Cutting, Sole Bonding And Upper Preparation
The footwear industry, whether artisanal or industrial, combines manual craftsmanship with precision automation. From upper cutting to sole forming, including skiving, splitting and thermo-bonding, every stage of shoe manufacturing demands machines that are reliable, precise and suited to the specific materials used.

Our machines for shoe manufacturing
Suteau-Anver offers a complete range of shoe machines covering all key stages of manufacturing, from upper component cutting to sole finishing, for the luxury, sports, safety footwear and children’s shoe markets.
For die-cutting uppers and soles in leather, synthetic leather, man-made materials and textile, the swing-arm clicker presses — SA F35 and SA F60 models — are the reference machines for workshops and small production runs, with working surfaces of 330 x 300 mm and 500 x 500 mm. For larger production runs, the travelling head press — SA 12 model — handles materials up to 2,500 mm wide in semi-automatic mode, with automatic cutting point adjustment.
For forming heel counters and uppers, Suteau-Anver offers its forming machines — SA 408, SA 409 and SA 489 TSM GIB models — designed and manufactured in-house since the company was founded, enabling production of 800 to 1,400 pairs per 8-hour shift.
For preparing leather components before assembly, the CAMOGA 520L+ splitting machine reduces and evens out hide thickness with a self-sharpening band knife, while the AV2 MAE skiver (FRATELLI ALBERTI by Suteau-Anver) performs precise edge thinning before stitching or gluing.
For brushing and roughing soles before cementing, the fire-safe water extraction unit — Model 19 TER — removes flammable dust at a flow rate of 3,000 m³/hour, ensuring operator safety in the workshop.
