Its variable-speed roller transport and optional groove tool allow simultaneous bevelling and grooving in a single pass — covering all leather edge shaping profiles for saddlery and luggage production.
The SA 540 sanding station (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture), available in vertical (SA 540 V) and horizontal (SA 540 H) versions, performs precise edge smoothing and abrasion of leather edges across belt widths from 10 to 60 mm. Its variable rotation speed, rapid belt change and powerful integrated dust extraction make it the ideal machine for rounded finishes on leather goods edges before dyeing or coating.
The BIMAC LS 04 smoothing machine (distributed by Suteau-Anver) completes the range with a universal tool for edge smoothing after dyeing — reaching temperatures up to 300°C for a polished, consistent rounded finish on all leather and synthetic edges. Compact at only 11 kg, it integrates easily into any finishing workstation.
