Hydraulic Movable Beam Die-Cutting Press – Vfs Model By Suteau-Anver
Key features
The VFS press sits at the top of the Suteau-Anver press range and is an international benchmark in the industry. Designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, it is robust, precise, quiet and specially designed for die-cutting all non-metallic materials in large-volume production, from rolls or sheets, on conveyor belt, steel plate or polypropylene.
Its structure is modern and innovative: a fixed table and a fixed upper beam connected by 4 vertical columns ensure absolute rigidity. The movable beam is actuated by a central hydraulic cylinder and guided at its 4 corners by Celoron pads in contact with the 4 columns, guaranteeing perfect parallelism whatever the cutting position. The machine is designed to work with a cutting force that is symmetrical about the center of the cutting surface.
The bottom cutting point is set by 4 mechanical stops motorized by gear motors and electronic variable speed drives. After the automatic setting phase, the cutting point can be corrected from the control desk with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. The upper stop position is also adjustable, controlled by a linear potentiometer to ±5 mm.
Safety is maximal: the beam can be hydraulically locked in the upper position during interventions, and this lock engages automatically when the machine stops or during a tool change.

- SUTEAU-ANVER ROTARY DIE-CUTTING MACHINE
- Machine type: Rotary tool die-cutting machine : cut-through or kiss-cutting at high speed
- Machine function: Cut-through or kiss-cutting of thin flexible materials at high speed in continuous production – foam, rubber, paper, cardboard, composites
- Main features
- The rotary die-cutting machine is a rotary tool machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. It is compact, robust and simple to set up, and specially designed for cut-through or kiss-cutting of thin flexible materials at high speed in continuous production from rolls.
- Its rotary tool is developed in partnership with specialist toolmakers and tested with your roll materials before delivery, guaranteeing optimal cutting from the start of production. The number of impressions cut per revolution depends on the shape of the impressions and on the toolmaker’s constraints, offering great production flexibility according to your needs.
- Its variable speed of 0 to 500 rpm allows it to adapt to all production regimes, from gradual start-ups to the highest industrial rates. An infeed web guide ensures precise feeding of the material up to 600 mm web width. The cutting position is adjusted by manual micrometer screw or by pressure, depending on the desired configuration. Removal and refitting of the knife and die assembly is very quick, minimizing downtime during production changeovers.
- The safety guards, made of Altuglas with a sliding door, protect the operator while ensuring optimal visibility of the work area. At the cutting exit, the cut product is discharged onto a sheet-metal plate.
- Suteau-Anver handles the design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service of this equipment.
- Standard machine : 600 mm web width
- Custom configurations available depending on materials and tooling
- Versions on request via Suteau-Anver
