Lamination And Adhesive Coating Machines For Flexible Materials And Industrial Laminates
Lamination and adhesive coating are essential processes in the production of multilayer flexible materials — bonding films, foams, textiles, composites and technical laminates into unified structures with enhanced properties. As a manufacturer and distributor of industrial laminating machines for over 75 years, Suteau-Anver offers the most complete range of roll laminating and adhesive application solutions on the French market.
Our Adhesive Application And Lamination Machines
Suteau-Anver proposes four complementary lamination technologies, covering cold lamination, hot lamination, HOT MELT adhesive application and PE sheet heat sealing — in standard widths or custom configurations.
The adhesive application and laminating machine for rolls and sheets is Suteau-Anver’s own design and manufacture — presented as the most complete and highest-performance roll laminating machine on the market. It bonds or laminates flexible materials hot or cold: foam, rubber, cardboard, composites, carbon, Kevlar, fibreglass and more. Available in three standard widths — 650, 1 600 and 2 000 mm — at speeds up to 30 m/min with 200 mm diameter pressure rollers and a maximum opening of 150 mm. An optional upper or lower roller heating system with temperature regulation from ambient to 120°C enables hot lamination of thermo-sensitive adhesives without additional equipment. Slitting and cross-cutting options complete this automatic laminating machine into a full in-line processing system.
For industrial laminating with HOT MELT adhesive deposition directly onto the material or support, the flexible material laminating line integrates a ROBATECH lip nozzle adhesive system with two key advantages: precise grammage management and adjustable deposition width — delivering consistent adhesive layers across the full working width. The line is fully equipped from unwinder to rewinder with antistat bar, web guiding and automatic HOT MELT regulation.
The PE sheet heat sealing machine is Suteau-Anver’s own heavy-duty laminating machine for bonding two PE plates by hot air fusion — a film laminating machine for floor covering, packaging and technical applications. It processes sheets from 400 to 1 500 mm wide and 600 to 2 600 mm long, with a motorised 8-roller calender at 1 to 10 m/min and air nozzle temperature regulation from 50 to 250°C. Introduction and evacuation can be manual or automatic, with optional slitting, cross-cutting, rewinding and stacking.
For foam lamination and PE/PU packaging insert bonding, the OMAV TERMO 610 HOT MELT laminating machine applies thermofusible adhesive by rollers at speeds from 5 to 25 m/min on materials up to 150 mm thick — delivering a fully sealed, clean assembly for tool case interiors and technical packaging applications.
Suteau-Anver provides design, manufacture, distribution, installation and after-sales service for all lamination machines, with spare parts available in stock.
