Our Longitudinal Cutting Machines
We offer two complementary families to cover all longitudinal and transverse cutting needs.
Automatic guillotines with feed systems perform transverse cutting of flexible material rolls at a programmed pitch, with a positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. Available in standard web widths from 600 to 2 000 mm — and custom widths on request — they are equipped with a double feed roller driven by a servo motor, with variable speed from 0 to 30 m/min. Cycle time is tightly controlled: 7 seconds for a 2 000 mm feed advance. This makes them reference longitudinal cutting machine solution for reel-fed production requiring both speed and dimensional precision.
For longitudinal cutting operations, our high-speed guillotines (650 mm web width) and the slitting and trimming machine range allow rolls to be split into multiple simultaneous strips, with precise circular blade alignment across the full working width. These machines can operate independently or integrate into a complete line with upstream unwinder and downstream rewinder — delivering a fully continuous slitting process with no manual intervention between operations.
