The OMAC automatic turning-in machine — Models 450 RCP and 600 RCP performs automatic cold or hot leather wrapping on straight pieces — wallets, diaries, agendas and small leather goods — with a working width up to 600 mm, a fold of 4 to 15 mm and material thickness from 0.1 to 2 mm. An optional special rule enables simultaneous hot edge reinforcement line decoration in the same operation.
The ARES / SM-ZANETTI turning-in machine — Models 950/350 and 550 is available in manual and automatic versions, cold or hot, in three useful widths: 350, 550 and 800 mm. Exclusively distributed in France by Suteau-Anver for over 30 years, this machine is the reference finishing preparation tool for leather goods workshops of all sizes.
The TECMA automatic folder — Model BAF 215 is dedicated to automatic mignon edge folding with or without adhesive tape and with or without reinforcement cord, at up to 15 m/min — ideal for footwear and leather goods production requiring continuous folded edges at high throughput.
