Available in 3 standard web widths — 650 mm, 1 600 mm and 2 000 mm — it reaches an adhesive application speed of up to 30 m/min for the most demanding industrial productions. Its 200 mm diameter pressure roller system with a maximum opening of 150 mm ensures homogeneous pressing across the full material width, regardless of thickness. The 76 mm pneumatic mandrel (or other dimensions on request) facilitates rapid bobbin mounting and dismounting.
As an option, an upper or lower roller heating system with temperature regulation from ambient to 120°C enables activation of thermo-sensitive adhesives for hot lamination applications without additional equipment.
