Suteau-Anver offers three complementary guillotine cutter solutions of its own design and manufacture, covering pneumatic, electric and servo-driven configurations.
The SA Q45 pneumatic guillotine cutter is the workshop-scale edge trimming machine — a compact table-top pneumatic guillotine requiring no fixed installation. A single 220 V connection is all that is needed. With a maximum cutting width of 80 mm and a repeatable adjustable stop for consistent length-to-length cutting without re-measuring, it handles leather, synthetic, textile, foam, plastic and felt for guillotine cutting of small strips and mignon edges in leather goods and saddlery workshops. CE-certified and available with an optional air jet for automatic scrap ejection.
The automatic guillotine with feed system is Suteau-Anver’s reference programmable guillotine for reel-fed industrial production — available in standard widths of 600 mm and 2 000 mm (custom widths on request). Its double feed roller driven by a servo motor / servo variator guarantees a positioning accuracy of ±1 mm at feed speeds from 0 to 30 m/min — the benchmark electric guillotine cutter for foam, rubber, cardboard, textile, composites, carbon and Kevlar. Aluminium and makrolon structure, fully CE-guarded, with a cycle time of 7 seconds for a 2 000 mm advance and cut — the most productive automatic guillotine cutter in its category.
The high-cadence automatic guillotine is Suteau-Anver’s heavy duty guillotine for production line integration — 650 mm standard width, up to 130 strokes per minute, with double variable-speed feed rollers, pneumatic open/close and detection by cell or programmable pitch. This industrial guillotine cutter — 850 kg, 6 kW — functions as a fabric guillotine cutter, cardboard guillotine cutter and guillotine cutter for vinyl and foam. Optional conveyor with two stacking modes (pile or overlapping) for automatic downstream piece management.
All three Suteau-Anver guillotine cutting machines are designed and built in France — standalone or integrated into complete in-line cutting systems with unwinders, laminators and rewinders.
