Composite Manufacturer Machines For Cutting, Laminating And Thermoforming Composites
The composite industry is experiencing constant expansion in sectors as demanding as automotive, aeronautics, marine, wind energy and medical. The cutting, laminating and thermoforming of composite materials — carbon, Kevlar, fibreglass, honeycomb — require precision machines capable of meeting the strength and tolerance requirements specific to these technical fibres.

Our machines for composite manufacturers
Suteau-Anver supports composite manufacturers and their subcontractors in the cutting and processing of high-strength technical materials, offering a range of machines covering every stage of the process: cutting, laminating, cutting-to-length and thermocompression.
For the die-cutting of composite panels and sheets — carbon, Kevlar, aramid, fibreglass, honeycomb, composite foam — in one or more layers, the SA XPM and PTMV hydraulic beam presses offer power up to 300 tonnes and work surfaces up to 3,000 mm, with guaranteed parallelism at every stroke thanks to the Suteau-Anver patented oil injection system. For high-speed production of composite parts, the VFS plunge-beam press offers 0.01 mm positioning for absolute precision in composite moulding and cutting.
For cutting technical fibre rolls to length — carbon fibre, Kevlar, fibreglass — the automatic guillotine with feed system ensures a straight cut to ±1 mm on widths up to 2,000 mm, with variable feed speed and optimised cycle time.
For the lamination and bonding of multi-layer composite structures — carbon with foam, Kevlar with fibreglass — the Suteau-Anver adhesive application and laminating machine allows hot or cold assembly of materials up to 2,000 mm wide at 30 m/min, with an adjustable heating option up to 120°C.
For the thermoforming and thermocompression of moulded composite parts, the PV 40 laboratory thermocompression press (40 tonnes, two heating and cooling stations) and the automated thermocompression line with robotic gripper are the dedicated solutions for high-strength structural composite parts.
Suteau-Anver handles the design, manufacturing, distribution, installation, and after-sales service for all these equipment.
