Laminating machine with hot air for PE sheets
Developed and manufactured by SUTEAU-ANVER, this machine has been designed for heat bonding two sheets of polyethylene (fusion of one side of each sheet).
The entrance and the ejection of the sheets will be manual.

Technical features
Tubular paint frame on adjustable feet.
Lower plate in entrance in punched sheet metal. The corner of this plate will be adjustable manually to vary the entrance corner of the sheet from 0 to -10°. It will be equiped with 2 lateral guides adjustable manually to adapt at the various width of sheets.
Upper plate in entrance in punched sheet metal. The height of this plate will be adjustable to adapt at the various thickness of the sheets. It will be equiped with 2 lateral guides adjustable manually to adapt at the various width of sheets.
An heating nozzle fixed at the extremity of the upper plate (in entrance of the calender) will allow to melt the material before cement. In exit, the temperature of the nozzle (adjustable on the control panel from 50 to 250°C) will be supplied by 5 LEISTER of 7,5 to 10 KW coupled with a fan.

Laminating machine is composed of 8 motorised rollers (4 in upper part and 4 in lower part) by a motoreductor. The speed will be adjustable by a potentiometer through the control panel from 3 to 15 m/mn. The opening between the lower and the upper rollers will be adjustable manually (fixed lower roller and adjusstable upper roller).
