KYOBORDER

The KYOBORDER is an innovative system designed for the automatic application of adhesive to the edges of leather and textiles. Developed to meet growing market demands, this machine allows for precise edge gluing, both in straight lines and curves, while significantly reducing production times. It can be used offline and adapts to all sizes and types of materials.
Robust and intuitive, KYOBORDER guarantees a high-quality finish without emitting harmful fumes. Combined with the K100A tape, specially designed for edge gluing, it ensures excellent thermal resistance, high precision, and optimal compatibility with sewing operations, without clogging the needles.
KYO100S
Adhesive dispensing machine
The KYO100S is a semi-automatic machine designed for applying Kyotex adhesives up to 145 mm wide. Its pneumatic control system guarantees constant, controlled pressure throughout the coupling phase, ensuring consistent and repeatable assembly quality. The dual-temperature heating plates allow for quick and precise application of adhesive strips.
Easy to use and reliable, the KYO100S does not require specialized personnel and can be easily integrated into production, either in-line or off-line. No maintenance or cleaning of the machine is required.
