The high-speed automatic guillotine cutter is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. It is compact, simple to set up and specially designed for high-rate production. It is the high-performance solution in the Suteau-Anver guillotine cutter range, with a maximum rate of 130 cuts per minute in the standard 650 mm web width – fully automatic, with no repeated operator intervention.
Its double infeed roller with adjustable speed and pneumatic opening/closing ensures regular, continuous feeding of the material into the cutting zone, without jolts or slippage. Cut detection by sensors or by pitch programming offers two triggering modes depending on the production configuration and the type of material processed, for optimal integration into any production line.
It processes a wide range of flexible materials: foam, rubber, cardboard, textile, composites, carbon, Kevlar and glass fabric, covering the packaging, automotive, aeronautics and composites sectors.
At the cutting exit, the optional discharge conveyor for cut parts handles removal automatically in 2 modes: stacking, for parts to be stored in a pile, or shingled (overlapping), for continuous discharge without accumulation, for smooth integration into all production line configurations.
