The GALLI FS90 TEKNO P is a multifunctional hydraulic machine developed by the renowned Italian brand GALLI, of which Suteau-Anver has the honor of being the exclusive representative in France. Intended primarily for the production of small leather goods parts, it combines in a single piece of equipment four high-end finishing operations: die-cutting, hot marking, embossing and fileting on leather and similar materials.
Its self-centering and its automatic front sliding table considerably simplify the work process, improving the efficiency and precision of every operation. The operator positions the part and the table slides automatically into the work area, an ergonomic design that reduces handling and improves the repeatability of results.
Specially designed for perfect finishing in leather goods creation, the FS90 TEKNO P performs automatic hot marking for an impeccable result, creates a decorative line parallel to the edge of the leather for a distinctive aesthetic touch, and offers grooving capability for a variety of custom designs. Its upper heating rises to 250°C with an electronic thermoregulator for precise temperature control according to the material and tool used.
Its PLC screen with programmable recipes makes it possible to store the parameters of each production run for instant recall. The air ejector makes it easier to remove the parts. It is supplied with an integrated tool holder and transfer paper equipment. The machine uses a heating tool (not supplied with the machine).
