The SA EASY CUT is a manual die-cutting press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. It is an excellent alternative for users who want to cut small quantities of flexible materials in single or multiple layers. It is particularly dedicated to cutting flexible materials up to 10 mm thick with no electrical power supply, making it ideal for small workshops, prototype makers, designers and craftspeople.
It is simple and intuitive to operate: the cutting head is attached to a cylinder located at the rear of the machine. Thanks to its long 812 mm handle, the press allows the operator to manually apply a maximum pressure of 5 tonnes, enough to cleanly cut leather, textile, foam, rubber, plastic, felt and paper with cutting dies from 19 to 40 mm.
Its cutting point adjustment by precision manual knob at the top of the machine guarantees repeatable cut positioning, for identical parts on every cycle without re-measuring. Its robust construction, low weight of 45 kg and compact footprint of 305 x 356 x 380 mm (without the handle) allow it to be installed on any work surface and moved easily.
