The X 1000 gutter press is a continuous heat bonding machine from the MARTIN GROUP range, exclusively distributed in France by Suteau-Anver. It ensures regular and controlled application of thermo-adhesive on leather, fabrics and synthetics thanks to its dual upper and lower heating system, with two independent electronic thermoregulators guaranteeing uniform temperature across the entire working surface. Controlled by an intuitive touchscreen, it enables precise adjustment of temperature, pressure and working time for perfectly reproducible heat bonding at every cycle. It can also be used as a press for transfer and sublimation. The X 1000 is available in version R, particularly suited to heat bonding of small leather goods and garment pieces.

- Key features
- The hot air heat sealing machine for PE sheets is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, engineered to bond two polyethylene (PE) sheets by hot fusion — and other materials on request. It assembles two sheets by melting the surface of one face of each sheet using a hot air heating nozzle, before pressing them together in the calender. This process guarantees a homogeneous and resistant weld across the entire contact surface of the two sheets.
- Sheet introduction into the machine is manual or automatic depending on the chosen configuration, and evacuation of the welded sheet at the exit can also be manual or automatic thanks to the available options — enabling full integration into a fully automated production line.
- Its calender, composed of 8 motorised rollers (4 upper and 4 lower), drives the sheets at an adjustable speed of 1 to 10 m/min from the control panel. The heating nozzle is adjustable from 50 to 250°C to suit all fusion temperatures of the materials processed. Its robust welded tubular frame on levelling feet ensures absolute stability in continuous industrial production.
- It processes sheets from 400 to 1 500 mm wide, 600 to 2 600 mm long and 10 to 290 mm thick at entry — covering the largest industrial dimensions on the flooring and packaging markets.
