The FAV AV2 NET 4.0 skiving machine is a latest-generation programmable skiving machine, developed by FRATELLI ALBERTI and distributed by Suteau-Anver. It is dedicated to skiving flexible materials in a single layer – leather, synthetic materials, textile, foam, plastic, felt and rubber – for the footwear, leather goods, upholstery trim and clothing industries.
Its new latest-generation electronic system allows remote control and assistance, as well as the transfer of machining parameters between the machine and the office, and vice versa. Each skiving program can be associated with a QR code for immediate, error-free retrieval in production, reducing setup times and the risk of mix-ups between production runs.
