The OMAC MINI CLEAN machine is equipment developed by OMAC, a preferred partner of Suteau-Anver for decades, and distributed by Suteau-Anver for the leather goods and footwear sectors. It is specially designed to clean dye residue overflow off belts, shoulder straps and leather or imitation leather strips using hot or cold water.
This edge cleaning operation takes place after edge dyeing: when the dye slightly overflows onto the surface of the leather or imitation leather, the MINI CLEAN removes these unwanted overflows cleanly, for a clean, neat finish that meets the requirements of high-end leather goods.
Its pump mechanism takes water from the tank and distributes it evenly over a sponge strip, which comes into contact with the edge to be cleaned, for gentle, regular, uniform cleaning along the entire length of the processed part. The option of using hot or cold water allows cleaning to be adapted to the nature of the dye to be removed and the sensitivity of the material processed.
