The 450 RCP and 600 RCP models are automatic cold or hot edge folding machines developed by OMAC, a preferred partner of Suteau-Anver for decades. They are dedicated to automatic edge folding of straight parts – wallets, checkbook holders, planners and all small leather goods parts requiring a precisely, repeatably folded and glued edge.
Edge folding consists of folding the edge of a leather or synthetic part back on itself and gluing it to obtain a clean, strong, neat-looking edge. The hot version activates the adhesive with temperature for immediate, durable assembly; the cold version is suited to glues without thermal activation.
Their distinctive strength is the possibility of simultaneously making a hot fillet or special designs on the part using an optional special ruler, thus combining edge folding and decoration in a single operation for significant time savings in production.
The two models differ in their maximum usable width: 450 mm for the 450 RCP and 600 mm for the 600 RCP, and in maximum fold width: 4 to 10 mm on the 450 and 4 to 15 mm on the 600. As table-top machines, they fit easily into any leather goods workshop.
