Suteau-Anver’s special equipment range covers four families of industrial tooling and peripheral systems, all designed and manufactured in-house or sourced from trusted partners.
Guillotine blades and cutting tooling — Suteau-Anver supplies guillotine blades and precision cutting components for its complete range of guillotines, massicots and die-cutting presses. Replacement blades for the automatic guillotine with feed system, the high-speed guillotine and the SA Q45 table guillotine are held in stock for immediate dispatch — minimising production downtime when blade replacement is required. Custom blade geometries and die-cutting accessories for specific materials are available on request from the Suteau-Anver tooling team.
Material feed systems — the automatic material feed system (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) integrates pneumatic double-clamp feed or roller feed directly onto new or existing cutting machines. Brushless motor drive delivers millimetric positioning accuracy and silent, energy-efficient operation — the ideal laminating machine accessories for automating reel-fed production lines. Available as new equipment or as a retrofit on machines already in production.
Stackers, destakers and grippers — Suteau-Anver’s empiler/dépileur range covers 2-axis and polyarticulated robot configurations with suction cup, needle or retractable belt gripping — for foam, cardboard, PVC, composites and all flexible sheet materials. The retractable belt system handles very small or very thin pieces where direct gripping is not possible, enabling high-cadence palletisation without operator intervention. These specialized manufacturing solutions integrate upstream or downstream of all Suteau-Anver cutting and laminating machines.
Unwinders and rewinders — Suteau-Anver’s unwinder/rewinder range handles rolls up to 2.5 tonnes, by axis or by periphery, motorised or non-motorised, on a welded tubular chassis with castors — the standard precision component for all reel-fed cutting, laminating and guillotine lines.
Robotic cutting cell — for trimming moulded or thermoformed parts, Suteau-Anver designs fully custom robotic cutting cells with polyarticulated robot and milling spindle, programmable to any part geometry, integrating seamlessly into existing production lines in automotive, aeronautics and technical packaging.
